PMM Personnel is currently seeking experienced Charge Up Operators to join a growing underground mining operation at the Merlin Mine Site.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure premium rates, super paid on all hours worked, an even-time roster and long-term project stability while working on a modern underground mining fleet.
- Operate underground charge-up equipment safely and efficiently
- Charge production and development headings
- Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks
- Maintain compliance with explosives handling procedures
- Work closely with production and development crews
- Support production targets and site requirements
- Maintain safe operating practices at all times
What's On Offer
- $90 - $100/hr
- Super Paid On All Hours Worked
- 2:2 FIFO Roster
- Day Shift Only

Essential Requirements
- Previous Underground Charge Up Experience
- Experience Operating Charmec Equipment Highly Regarded
- Underground Hard Rock Mining Experience
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current Shotfirer's Licence Highly Regarded
- Robust Commitment to Safety
- Ability to Pass a Full Pre-Employment Medical
- Ability to Pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Clean National Police Clearance Required
