Easygo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover at our Melbourne office. This role partners with senior leaders to shape people strategy, design organisations and plan workforce needs in quick-moving tech environments.

You will lead cyclical HR programs, coach leaders, and drive data-informed decisions across Australian employment law. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a high-growth company.
