St Andrews Village Ballina is seeking an interim Chief Clinical Officer to lead quality, safety and governance across three residential facilities in Ballina and Byron Bay for a 6-month fixed term. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, the role focuses on clinical governance, AN-ACC performance, accreditation readiness and resident-centred care, with travel between sites.

Applicants must hold AHPRA RN registration and have senior leadership experience in aged care,
