The Coles Group, Melbourne-based, is seeking a Capital Transactions Manager to identify and secure strategic property opportunities across Victoria. The role is Melbourne-based, with time in the office or on site for inspections and meetings with potential sellers.

You will negotiate with developers and landowners, manage end-to-end acquisitions, and work with internal teams to progress deals, supported by robust commercial analysis.
