This is a 6-month Remuneration & Benefits contract based in Western Sydney. It suits a senior reward specialist who likes building things properly rather than maintaining someone else's system.
The business has grown quickly over the last two years and the reward side hasn't kept pace. Some foundations are in place, but they were built for a much smaller company. Your job is to design, get sign-off on and launch three things:
A long-term incentive (LTI) plan
A modern employee benefits program
At the end of the contract you'll hand it over to someone who runs it day to day.
The role is offered as a fixed-term contract for 6 months with potential to extend.
About the company
Our client is a high growth brand in two critical sectors here in Australia. It's fast-paced, plans can change quickly, and the leadership team is ready to act on good advice. Keeping their key people and giving them a real share in what they're building is a big priority.
