Transport for NSW seeks a Senior Manager Day of Operations to lead live train crewing operations for the Sydney Trains network. The role is based onsite at the Rail Operations Centre (ROC) in Alexandria with an 8-hour rotating shift pattern across a 24/7 operation, including weekend/public holiday availability.

You will drive transformational change, develop plans, and implement projects for continuous improvement and incident recovery, in a high-stability, high-velocity workplace.
