South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 to provide advanced palliative care at Bowral Community Health Centre. You will lead in a multidisciplinary team, apply evidence-based practice, and ensure patient-centric, high-quality outcomes with sound clinical judgement.

You will build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, focusing on comfort, dignity and quality of life, while championing safety and continuous improvement.
