Green Point Christian College is seeking an experienced Christian educator to join the College Executive and lead our whole-school approach to formation from Kindergarten to Year 12. Reporting to the Principal, the Director will set framework, standards, and quality review for formation across the College.

The role requires translating the College’s Formation Framework into daily student experiences, supervising chaplaincy and mission coordination, and working with senior leaders to embed a
