Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Social Worker to lead the Community Mental Health Core Team from Croydon Health Centre. You will provide clinical leadership, optimise patient care delivery and mentor junior staff in a agile community setting.

The role supports a wide range of clients across age groups, with emphasis on coordination, assessment and treatment planning within the core team. Temporary full-time position with NSW Health benefits.
