Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Food Technologist to join its technical team in Australia. The role covers from concept to commercialisation, with hands-on involvement in formulation, laboratory trials, product optimisation, troubleshooting and production scale-up.

You will work across formulation, testing, and documentation while collaborating with production, quality, and customers to drive recent and existing product improvements through bench to commercial scale.
