The Opportunity ?

This is a hands-on learning experience inside a high-output digital media business. As a Social Media Management Intern, you’ll get real exposure to how large-scale social content is planned, produced, optimised, and distributed across multiple platforms – not just theory, but how it actually works in practice.

You’ll work closely with our content team to understand the full lifecycle of content – from ideas and publishing through to performance analysis and optimisation – and how audiences are built at scale.

This role is designed for someone early in their journey who is excited to learn in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

What You’ll Learn

A Day in the Life

- Helping research trending content and what’s driving engagement




- Learning how titles, thumbnails, and hooks are developed for performance
- Reviewing content data and spotting insights with the team
- Supporting scheduling, publishing, and content tracking
- Observing how communities are managed and engaged across platforms
- Assisting with basic production and post-production tasks
- Sharing ideas to help improve reach and performance

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital culture
- Curiosity about why content performs (not just that it does)
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with g-suite, documents, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
- Basic understanding of design, video, or editing tools is a bonus
- Reliable, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
