A respected not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis, with the potential for permanency. Supporting end-to-end payroll processing, you will join a collaborative team committed to delivering valuable community services.
Your current role

- End-to-end payroll processing fortnightly
- Managing leave, salary packaging, terminations, and employee records
- Ensuring compliance with STP, PAYG, superannuation, BAS, and ATO requirements
- Payroll reconciliations, EOFY reporting, and workers' compensation administration
- Supporting onboarding, compliance checks, and employee administration
- Monitoring payroll legislation and driving process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements




- Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and employee administration
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
