Multiple Senior PM opportunities delivering projects from design through to construction

Your new company
An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Senior Project Managers to join a high-performing Capital Works team delivering a diverse program of infrastructure, public domain, building and open space projects.Reporting to the Head of Delivery, these roles will lead projects from concept and design through to construction and handover, managing consultants, contractors, budgets and stakeholder relationships across a significant capital works portfolio.Your recent role
There are 4 positions across different focus areas:
Public Domain & Streetscape Deliver major streetscape and public domain projects across busy activity centres and community precincts. Seeking candidates with experience managing civil, landscape or urban realm upgrades through both design and construction phases.
Special Projects Manage complex and grant-funded projects including sportsfield upgrades, recreation facilities, public domain improvements and community infrastructure projects. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants through design development is highly regarded.
Buildings Lead the delivery of building refurbishment and upgrade projects including community facilities, amenities, libraries, aquatic facilities, HVAC upgrades and associated capital works. Experience managing contractors, consultants and development approvals is desirable.
Design Manager Oversee preliminary and detailed design phases for civil infrastructure projects, managing external consultants,



design governance and project transition into construction. Civil engineering and infrastructure design management experience is essential.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience delivering capital works projects within local government, state government or a comparable client-side environment
- Strong project governance, procurement and contract management experience
- Ability to manage consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Experience delivering projects through design and construction phases
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Building, Property, or a related discipline
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- White Card (desirable for candidates involved in construction delivery)
