Exciting State Government Project Support Opportunity in Perth CBD

Your new company A large and well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting project delivery within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Your new role

- Maintaining critical project records and documentation
- Coordinating project reports, meetings and project correspondence
- Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking actions
- Managing site office supplies and supporting day-to-day office operations
- Providing administrative and business support to the project team
- Assisting the Project Manager and Project Director with project-related activities
- Supporting records management and project governance processes
- Undertaking additional duties as required to support project outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in project administration, project support or a similar role
- Knowledge of records management practices and electronic records management systems
- Strong written communication skills,



including experience preparing reports and correspondence
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly regarded:

- Experience using TRIM
- SharePoint experience
- Microsoft Teams experience

You will also hold:

- A current White Card
- A current C Class Driver's Licence
