This government organisation is seeking an experienced Campaign Coordinator to join its growing marketing and communications team on a temporary contract. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in coordinating integrated campaigns, stakeholder communications, activations, and events, supporting the delivery of high-profile initiatives across Western Australia.
Your new role
Reporting to the Marketing and Campaigns team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign activity across traditional and digital channels while supporting a range of communications and engagement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating campaign delivery across paid, earned, owned and digital channels.
- Preparing creative briefs, media briefs, briefing notes and stakeholder communications.
- Liaising with creative, digital, advertising and media agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Managing campaign timelines, reporting, budget tracking and project deliverables.
- Supporting activations, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Monitoring campaign performance and coordinating evaluation and reporting activities.
- Assisting with the development of content for websites, digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Providing regular updates and advice to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, campaigns or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Solid written communication skills, including the ability to prepare formal correspondence, briefing material and campaign documentation.
- Experience working with external agencies and service providers.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience across digital marketing, social media and campaign delivery will be highly regarded.
- Previous government experience will be advantageous.
