ABOUT THE HOST COMPANY As an IT Support Intern , you will be placed with one of our reputable host companies in Melbourne , working within their IT department under the supervision of experienced professionals. This internship provides the opportunity to develop practical technical skills while supporting daily IT operations in a professional setting.
ABOUT THE POSITION
During this internship, you may be involved in:
• Providing first-level technical support to staff and users
• Assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Supporting system setup, installation, and configuration
• Assisting with network maintenance and basic security checks
• Supporting user account setup and system access management
• Maintaining IT documentation and support logs
• Assisting with system updates and routine maintenance
• Supporting internal IT projects and ad hoc technical tasks

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
This opportunity is part of the Study & Work Professional Internship Program .
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Schedule: Part-time (3-5 days per week)
• Type: Unpaid training-based internship

Program Fee: $2,750 upon successful placement
The program includes:
