Modus Operandi Brewing Co. in Merewether, NSW is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team on shift and keep our 36 taps flowing.

This hands-on role involves pouring beer, training staff, managing the cellar, and delivering a excellent guest experience on a 15–25 hour weekly roster with casual pay.

If you’re passionate about craft beer and customer service, you’ll thrive in our friendly, community-minded venue near the beach.
