Casual Warehouse Packer: 3 Days a Week, Pathway to Full Time

We're looking for a reliable casual packer to join our warehouse team three days a week. It's a hands-on job in a small team where everyone's work matters, and every order is checked by another team member before it leaves. For the right person this is a way in, not a stopgap. We plan to move to full time based on ability.

Key responsibilities

Pick orders against picking slips: right items, right quantities, every time

Pack products securely for despatch

Unpack promotional items, prepare them for printing and carefully repack finished goods

Check orders picked by other team members, and have yours checked in return

Help with assembly of items made in-house

Do general warehouse duties, including moderate lifting

About you

Take pride in accuracy, especially when counting, picking and checking

Work quickly while keeping standards high

Be comfortable in a small team where accountability is shared

Have some experience in a warehouse, production or similar hands-on job (preferred, not essential)

Be punctual and dependable,

and turn up when you're rostered

Have reliable transport to Clayton
