Aussie Broadband is seeking a customer-focused agent to join our call centre in Victoria. You'll work an 8-hour shift on a rotating roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, with up to 37.5 hours per week.
You'll handle account and technical enquiries across multiple channels, troubleshoot basic issues, and uphold privacy guidelines while delivering friendly, transparent support to our customers. Previous service experience is helpful but not essential.
