As a Trainee logistics coordinator, flexibility is key as our business operates on a 24/7 basis inclusive of public holidays. This role is a full time role, Monday to Friday.
This role has the following tasks:
- Docking and dispatching trips
- Learn how to schedule drivers and subcontractors to loads on a timely basis and within the guidelines of the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System
- Ensure drivers receive accurate information and paperwork related to loads/pickups
- Liaise with the logistics manager and other staff to ensure all freight requirements of customers are met
