Precise Tree Services / Taylors Trees are looking for the right people to join our team.

The Role
Carry out tree pruning, removals and other arboricultural works to a high professional standard.
Perform climbing, aerial pruning and rigging operations where qualified and competent.
Safely operate chainsaws, wood chippers, elevated work platforms and other equipment as required.
Work effectively with ground staff and other climbers to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Complete site-specific inductions, including client, council and construction site inductions, before commencing work where required.
Follow job-specific risk assessments, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), traffic management requirements and relevant workplace health and safety procedures.
Participate in toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and job safety briefings.
Maintain equipment and vehicles, and keep work sites clean and organised.
Communicate professionally with supervisors,
clients and other team members.
Requirements:
- MR truck license and other tickets are a bonus
- Confident with your climbing ability
- Applicant must have a good understanding of complex rigging
- Must have more than 2 years industry experience
- Can-do attitude and willingness to help the team
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- A broad range of skills in most aspects of arboriculture
- A real passion for the industry and pride in your work
- Working with children check, and ability to pass a Police check
It would be an advantage if you also hold any of the following:
- Railway tickets
- ESI / powerline clearance experience
- MR or HR truck licence
- Chipper, EWP, or chainsaw tickets
- Excavator ticket
- Traffic management tickets
Pay rates up to $45 per hour are available for the right applicant, depending on experience, qualifications, tickets, attitude, and overall suitability for the role.
You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to care.
