As our Casual Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers in-store, bringing energy, product knowledge and genuine care to every interaction. As our Casual Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers in-store, bringing energy, product knowledge and genuine care to every interaction. You'll play a key role in the customer experience — helping people find the right fit, sharing our brand story, and working towards personal and team sales targets. You'll also help keep the store running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Customer Experience
- Get to know what customers are after, share our product knowledge and brand story , and suggest the right fit and related products
- Close the sale and work towards personal and team sales targets and KPIs
- Handle refunds, exchanges and customer queries in line with our returns policy
- Book customers in for in-store events and activations
2. Store Operations
- Help with opening and closing and store presentation
- Support daily operational tasks
- Support our Customer Care team during key trading periods when needed
What You Bring
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Confidence approaching customers and building rapport
- Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods, including the lead-up to Christmas and major sale events

- Curious about design and technology, and passionate about fashion
- Genuinely curious about product, customers and continuous improvement
