Role purpose
Location: Melbourne, Australia | Hybrid Work Model (Three Days per Week In office) | Fixed-Term Contract of 8-9 Months

This contract role offers a vibrant blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution within a hybrid work setting, ensuring meaningful engagement and flexibility.
What You'll be Doing
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive comprehensive workforce planning initiatives,
organisation design projects, and talent development strategies that enhance capability and support business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, strengthen organisational culture, and enhance leadership effectiveness through tailored programs and interventions.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, performance management challenges, and sensitive people matters with a focus on positive outcomes and compliance.
- Support transformational change efforts by partnering with cross-functional teams to implement business improvement programs and ensure smooth organisational transitions.
- Utilise people analytics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions, assess progress, and identify opportunities within the employee lifecycle.
- Engage with a global community of People Experience professionals to share best practices, align approaches, and deliver consistent and impactful experiences across regions.
- Act as a change champion who promotes an inclusive and collaborative culture while balancing operational demands and strategic imperatives.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of HR processes and tools to maximise efficiency and employee satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, People Experience Business Partner, or in a senior People & Culture role with a proven record of influencing senior leaders and delivering strategic outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen complemented by excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to shape and influence business decisions effectively.
- Demonstrated success in leading organisational change, talent management initiatives, and culture transformation within complex and dynamic environments.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development, combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in matrixed, global organisations, navigating complexities with diplomacy and agility.
- A collaborative mindset with a solutions-oriented attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments and demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience contributing to or leading an Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, optimisation, or transformation project.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or equivalent enterprise HR systems and their application in supporting HR service delivery.
- Insight into global HR operating models and a sensitivity to cultural differences affecting people practices.
