Build secure, scalable infrastructure powering AI-driven software engineering. Integrate intelligent services, automate platforms, strengthen security, and enable development teams to safely operate AI agents in production.
What You'll Do:
Join a high-impact development platform team responsible for building the infrastructure behind next-generation, AI-powered software engineering. You’ll help create the environments, integrations, automation, and security controls that enable AI agents to operate reliably across production-critical technology platforms.
You’ll work across cloud and on-premises infrastructure, collaborating with engineering teams and global platform specialists to deliver scalable, observable, and secure AI capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Integrate, deploy, and operate AI SaaS products and self-hosted AI services.
2. Design and maintain Kubernetes, Docker, virtualization, and container environments for AI agents and supporting services.
3. Build secure, isolated, and reproducible environments for agentic workflows and MCP servers.
4. Implement secrets management, access controls, sandboxing, network policies, and comprehensive auditability.
5. Develop Python, Go, and Shell-based automation, integrations, and internal platform tooling.
6. Build monitoring, telemetry, evaluation, and reliability infrastructure for AI-driven workflows.
7. Partner with development teams to understand evolving AI requirements and deliver effective platform capabilities.
8. Support high availability, disaster recovery, failover, and resilient infrastructure strategies.
9. Automate build, testing,
and deployment processes through modern CI/CD practices.
10. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and collaborate globally to maintain continuous availability.
Why Join Us:
1. Work at the intersection ofsystems engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI .
2. Help shape how AI agents are securely integrated into real-world software development environments.
3. Work with modern technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, virtualization, AI services, and MCP-based workflows.
4. Collaborate with highly skilled engineers across global teams while serving as a key regional technical contact.
5. Take ownership of infrastructure that directly influences developer productivity and engineering innovation.
6. Join an environment where reliability, automation, experimentation, and continuous improvement are central to the way technology is built.
About You:
You’re a systems-minded engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and turning manual processes into reliable, automated platforms. You have strong Linux/Unix fundamentals, solid Python or Go programming skills, and hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud services, and CI/CD.
You understand the importance of security, isolation, observability, resilience, and operational excellence—particularly when infrastructure supports production-critical systems. You’re comfortable collaborating across teams, responding to incidents, and learning unfamiliar technologies quickly.
Experience with AI agents, LLM platforms, MCP servers, model serving, or AI evaluation is advantageous, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as significant.
