Set up, operate, and optimise plastic injection moulding machines

Perform job changeovers including tooling and material changes

Monitor machine performance (cycle times, temperatures, pressures)

Identify and rectify process issues to minimise downtime and scrap

Perform in-process quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications

Support preventative maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting

Adhere to WHS, quality, and company compliance standards

Forklift Operation: Must have a current QLD HRW Forfklift license. Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, moulds, finished products, and palletised stock.

Work Ethic: Physically fit for manual handling, punctual, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a supportive team workplace

Batch making, picking and packing and machine operations.
