This role works within the customer service team providing support to our customers, our branches and network providers in delivering a first-class customer experience. Responding and solving customer queries, highlighting potential service issues and performing some data entry of customer information are key tasks.

The Person

The person we are looking for will have a passion for service,



great people and communication skills and enjoys the hustle and bustle of a dynamic team environment.

An attention to detail, a passion for service and the ability to grow in a team environment are key attributes we are looking for as well as being a self-starter.

A logistics background would be helpful but not essential as we will invest the time and energy into developing the successful applicant.

As a part of our customer service team, your responsibilities include:

- Inbound / outbound contact with our customers
- Working closely with our fleet teams to ensure the best customer experience is obtained
- Building rapport with our customers, and passing on their valuable feedback
- Accurately obtaining customer's booking information

As the Successful Applicant you will possess the following:

- Be available Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- Experience in Customer Service
- Pleasant, clear, concise phone manner
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Commitment to providing high quality service
- Intermediate computer & administration skills
- Transport & Logistic experience desired but not essential.
