Uniting AgeWell North Metro Home Care in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking part time Home Care workers to support elderly clients at home, promoting safety, independence and wellbeing. You will travel between clients, provide personal care, domestic tasks, social support and transport, with a focus on client-directed care and respectful, culturally aware service.

You must have a current Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, First Aid/CPR, a Victorian driver’s license and your own car.
