Solace Sleep and Medical Group is seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper. Ideal if the applicant has current, practical experience using Accentis Enterprise & CRM software. Great work setting operating within a small, proactive team focused on delivering high-quality bedding and assistive technology products to lifestyle and homecare customers.
About the Role
The successful applicant will support our dynamic management hands-on with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, together with providing sound accounting advice and financial information to aid best-practice operations of the business, including:
Data entry and transaction processing in Accentis
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
BAS and GST preparation
Payroll assistance
Maintaining accurate financial records
Relevant accounting advice and administrative support
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Preferably fully experienced and confident using the Accentis Enterprise Software program
An experienced bookkeeper with sound knowledge of Australian bookkeeping and BAS/GST requirements
Accurate, organised and reliable, able to guide an active owner-led business
Comfortable working independently within a small yet dynamic modern enterprise
Able to step into the role and become productive with minimal training
Working Arrangement
Proactively support management in this in-house position, working three days per week in our spacious, modern Baringa office/warehouse complex.
We also consider an experienced independent bookkeeper operating as a contractor, provided they have current, hands-on Accentis experience and can provide the required level of daily in-house support.
