Blossom Care DS provides services to children, young people, and adults living with a disability.

Work is available in range of suburbs.

Providing day-to-day support in various environments to help them improve independence and achieve personal goals
Assist participants with the range of personal activities: hygiene support, domestic assistance
Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities.

You need:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

WWCC

NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willing to obtain

Australian Driver's license

Own vehicle

Experience in disability support work preferred
