- Accurately pick stock from warehouse locations according to customer orders, picking slips, or RF scanner instructions.
- Pack products safely and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Verify item quantities, product codes, and descriptions against order documentation.
- Prepare orders for dispatch within required timeframes and service standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products are free from defects and correctly labelled.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing inbound goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks and RF scanners.




- Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies, procedures, and secure work practices.
- Keep warehouse work areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
- Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
- Report damaged goods, equipment faults, and safety concerns promptly to management.
