Seasonal Warehouse Assistant - Casual (Oct-Nov 2026)

SWT is looking for reliable, energetic and motivated Seasonal Warehouse Assistants to join our Gold Coast team during our busy mid-late November trading period.

This is a short-term casual opportunity, ideal for individuals looking for seasonal work in a supportive, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Successful candidates will commence training in late October 2026, with the primary working period running for approximately 3-4 weeks throughout November.

Working hours will be versatile, Monday to Friday, with shifts and weekly hours varying depending on operational requirements and order volumes during our peak season.

While this position is primarily seasonal, there may be opportunities for selected team members to continue employment beyond November, depending on individual performance and ongoing business requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking,



packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders and support daily warehouse operations.
- Checking products for quality and accuracy before dispatch.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily dispatch targets during our busiest trading period.

We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to learn warehouse systems and processes quickly.
- Availability to attend training in late October and work throughout the November peak period.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with hours varying based on business needs.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physically active work, including standing, walking and handling stock throughout shifts.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
- Australian driver's licence preferred but not essential.

Please note: Due to the short-term nature of this position and the importance of our peak trading period, applicants must have reliable availability throughout November.
