Royal Freemasons Ltd is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join the Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care team. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, and maintain documentation while upholding quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of PCA experience in aged care and hold Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing). A flexible approach and teamwork are essential for success in a supportive workplace.
