As the business continues to grow across the ACT and surrounds, they are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to come on board and grow with them.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of delivering commercial projects across the ACT from early design stages through to practical completion. You will work closely with a tight knit and supportive project team, manage key client and stakeholder relationships and leverage your existing network of local subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects running on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

DUTIES

- End to end project delivery
- Budget management and compliance
- Client and stakeholder management
- Programme oversight and reporting
- Subcontractor and supplier management
- Leading and coordinating the project and site team




- Supporting business development and repeat client relationships

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry
- Background in commercial construction projects preferred
- Strong communicator at client, team and subcontractor level
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline
- Solid and stable work history with previous employers
