Our client is a highly reputable clinic near Penrith where OT sits alongside a team of Speech Pathologists. An experienced Speech Pathology Director will champion your vision, and the culture is warm and cooperative.
About the Position
You will work shoulder to shoulder with Speech Pathologists, running joint sessions and case conferences, setting integrated goals and coaching parents. It is a multidisciplinary model where your ideas are backed from the top.
Your clinical work covers paediatric assessments and intervention across fine and gross motor skills, sensory regulation, school readiness and ADLs. You will also help shape the OT service, including pathways, resources and mentoring future OT hires.
The caseload is clinic-based, with optional school visits and some telehealth for suitable clients.
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- 5+ years of paediatric occupational therapy experience
