Our client is a well-established organisation within the subscription and information management sector. They are seeking a Client Services Officer to support an existing portfolio of clients and deliver a high standard of end-to-end service.
This role suits someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of existing clients
- Respond to client enquiries and provide day-to-day service support
- Assist with onboarding and implementation of new client accounts
- Prepare accurate quotes and process subscription orders
- Manage claims and liaise with publishers and suppliers
- Maintain accurate client and product records in internal systems
- Ensure service level agreements are met
- Work with finance on billing,
payments and collections
About You
- Experience in a client service, customer support or account coordination role
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Confident using CRM or internal systems
- Team-focused with a customer-first mindset
- B2B, subscriptions or skilled services experience advantageous
