- Demonstrates sound judgement, critical thinking and the ability to confidently interpret and apply legislation, policies and procedures in complex situations.
- Exhibits strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with precision.
- Ability to support, mentor and share skills with a diverse group of people.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and confidently engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrates resilience, adaptability and a commitment to achieving positive compliance and conservation outcomes.
