KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support on a portfolio and taking on your own properties as you grow!
- Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with trades.
- Assisting with routine inspections, lease renewals and property documentation.
- Managing tenant enquiries and helping resolve day-to-day property management matters.
- Working closely with an experienced team who will provide guidance and support along the way.
- Gradually developing the skills and confidence to manage your own portfolio.

CRITERIA:

- Proven experience in a Junior or Assistant Property Manager role
- WA Property Manager Registration
- Valid WA Driver’s License
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive, people-first approach to property management
- Property Tree experience is highly regarded
