We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to provide high-level care for a client living with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) sustained from a motor vehicle accident. This role is ideal for someone with a calm, compassionate approach and proven experience in complex physical support.

Location: St. Clair, NSW

Availability Required: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Client Needs & Conditions:

- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- High falls risk
- Muscular weakness and mobility concerns
- Continence care and skin integrity monitoring

Support Services Include:

- Domestic Assistance (cleaning, tidying, meal preparation)
- Personal Care (hygiene, grooming, toileting)
- Mobility and Transfers (manual handling, using mobility aids)
- Transport and Shopping
- Medication Prompting
- Skin and pressure care
- Promoting safety,



dignity, and daily independence

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Experience supporting clients with acquired brain injury or high care physical needs
- Knowledge of falls prevention and muscular support
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a home setting
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
