About the role

We are seeking a Reservation Agent who is an expert in customer service and a product ambassador for Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge. You will be responsible for receiving telephone and email enquiries, completing reservations for our guests, promoting packages, tailoring itineraries, building rapport and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a full time role based at Monarto Safari Resort.

About you

The successful candidate will require:

- Great customer service and communication skills
- Experience in reception or reservations in a hotel environment
- Knowledge in NewBook systems desirable
- Passion for guest experience and going above and beyond for guests
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
