Role Description
The Learning & Capability Development Consultant is a part‑time remote role focused on designing and delivering learning experiences that enhance personal leadership, wellness, and professional capability.
Day‑to‑day tasks include assessing client needs, facilitating online workshops, coaching sessions, 1:1 and group programs. The consultant will utilise instructional materials and tools that integrate mindset, wellness, and practical strategy,
ensuring content is engaging, inclusive, and results‑oriented.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring participant progress, analysing feedback and learning data, and refining programs to improve impact and scalability. The role may also involve collaborating with the Pop To It! team to align learning initiatives with broader business goals, community events, and digital content.
Qualifications
- Strong training & development skills, including experience designing and leading learning programs.
- Proficiency in learning management and use of online platforms or systems to deliver and track learning experiences.
- Consulting skills to assess client needs, recommend tailored solutions and support individuals through change.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident virtual facilitation.
- Experience or interest in HR L&D;, education, personal development, coaching, wellness, or leadership education.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple projects, and meet agreed timelines.
- Relevant education or certifications in learning and development, coaching, HR, psychology, or related fields are beneficial.
Not suitable for students. Must be eligible to work in Australia.
