Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of steel formwork systemsInterpret technical drawings and specificationsFabricate, weld, and assemble components to precise standardsCollaborate with engineers and site teams to ensure formwork meets project requirementsMaintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environmentContribute to continuous improvement of fabrication processes

About You

Trade qualified Boilermaker or equivalentProven experience in structural steel fabrication and weldingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience with formwork or construction systems highly regardedStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
