SPRAY PAINTER – BIBRA LAKE

Join FARAX. Bring the shine. Own the craft. FARAX isn’t your average operation — we build, maintain, upgrade and transform assets across WA with precision, pride and a bit of swagger. Now we’re looking for a Spray Painter who can match that energy.

If you know your way around a gun, can lay down a finish that turns heads, and want to be part of a team that backs skill over ego — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

Prep, prime and paint to high standards across a range of commercial and industrial gear

Deliver clean, consistent finishes with zero shortcuts

Work alongside a tight, motivated crew in our Bibra Lake workshop

Keep safety sharp, gear clean, and quality high

Add value with your eye for detail and pride in your work

What You Bring

Proven spray painting experience (automotive, industrial,

or commercial)

Strong prep discipline — because great finishes start well before the gun

Ability to work independently and within a team that moves quick

Reliability, initiative, and pride in the job — FARAX style

A mindset that says “good enough” isn’t positive enough

Why FARAX

Work with a company that actually backs its people

Solid hours, fair pay, and stability

A culture built on safety, integrity, knowledge and pride

A crew that works hard, laughs hard, and delivers quality every time

Ready to bring the heat? Send your resume or give us a shout — if you’re the right one, we’ll know.
