Location: West Gippsland & Central Gippsland (Morwell, Traralgon, Sale and surrounds)

About the role

You'll provide one-on-one support to participants in their homes, helping them achieve their goals while maintaining their independence, dignity and quality of life. Our current opportunities support both Aged Care and Disability participants. All shifts are a minimum of 2 hours, with longer shifts available depending on participant needs. Occasional weekend and overnight (sleepover) shifts are also available as required and on availability.

About you

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates

- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

- Availability Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm (with occasional weekend or overnight work by agreement)

- Proof of working rights in Australia

- Excellent written and verbal English

- Confident using workplace technology (e.g. AlayaCare, intranet)





- A valuable understanding of WHS requirements for hazard and incident logging and management

- Smartphone with internet access and a current operating system

- Physical capability to assist with manual handling, domestic assistance and personal care tasks
