Adairs is seeking a energetic Retail Team member to help deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to the success of the store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

You will lead by example, coach and develop colleagues to achieve personal targets and KPIs, and participate in rosters and reporting to optimise store performance and guest service.
