We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Venue Supervisor to join our hospitality team on a part-time basis. This role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods and peak event seasons. Working across our venues, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supervising functions and events, and leading front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service. This position operates on a versatile rotating roster that includes both day and evening shifts, depending on venue operations and events.

Key responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day venue operations across event spaces, bar, restaurants, and cafes

Lead and support front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Coordinate and supervise functions and events from setup through to completion

Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment

Provide hands-on leadership and support to the venue team, including training and development

Support operational compliance, venue procedures, and workplace safety requirements

Handle member and guest enquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively

About you

Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry





Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

A keen eye for detail and presentation standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric approach

Experience using point‑of‑sale and hospitality management systems

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to promoting the club's values and brand
