Stock Locker are focused on solving inventory problems for our Customers primarily within industrial consumables, welding, safety and abrasives. This has seen us diversify throughout Australia supplying to various industries including Manufacturing, Transport, Health, Mining, Food Processing, Local Government and State Government. We currently have branches in both Toowoomba and Darra whilst servicing Customers Nationally.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a genuinely varied role where you'll split your time between warehouse operations, customer deliveries and supporting customer inventory systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warehouse Operations

- Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock levels
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient
- Assisting with general operational and warehouse duties

Deliveries & Customer Service (We call this Vending Restocking)

- Providing friendly, professional service on every visit
- Identifying customer needs and escalating opportunities to the sales team
- Restocking and servicing customer vending machines
- Monitoring stock usage and inventory trends




- Reporting potential improvements to customer inventory setups
- Helping customers get the most from their inventory management systems

As you develop within the role, you'll have the opportunity to progress down a Sales, Warehousing or Account Management pathway.

What We're Looking For

You may currently be working as a:

- Warehouse Assistant
- Delivery Driver
- Pick Packer

Or something else! We know this is a niche role, and you’ll likely need to learn some recent skills. We will train you

Most importantly, you'll enjoy variety and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in warehouse, stores, logistics or distribution environments
- A current forklift and c class drivers licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- A reliable and proactive approach to work
- Confidence working independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
