Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the productive flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. The Warehouse Administrator will work closely with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of all products
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Oversee the receiving and processing of incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions
- Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working order




- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and supervise warehouse staff as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or logistics preferred
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
