About the Role

This is a hands-on Leading Hand position suited to someone who can confidently run a small crew and deliver work safely and efficiently.

You’ll take ownership of your jobs — not just follow instructions — and be part of improving how we operate.

Key Responsibilities





- Erect and dismantle scaffolding to safety and industry standards

- Lead and supervise a small crew in office

- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

- Inspect equipment and maintain safety compliance

- Work closely with other trades and site supervisors

- Complete basic job and safety records

- Maintain clean, organised, and safe work sites

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experienced Two-Plank/Guardrail Scaffolder

✔ Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of jobs

✔ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

✔ Strong communication on-site

✔ Someone who wants to contribute ideas and grow with the business

Licences & Requirements

- Basic Scaffolding Ticket (essential)

- White Card (essential)

- MR Truck Licence (essential)

- Proven residential scaffolding experience
