- Provide personal and clinical care inside each client's home
- Record visits and maintain care plans accurately
- Liaise with clients, family members and healthcare professionals
- Uphold safety, dignity and well-being throughout every visit
- Cover a variety of shifts, including active nights

- Driver's Licence (current) and a reliable vehicle
- National Criminal History Check (current), together with First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Nursing Registration where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and confidence with digital systems for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care, preferred but not essential
