- Opening hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am–8:00pm | Sat–Sun: 9:00am–6:00pm

About the role
We’re looking for a Dispensary Technician to join our team in Croydon North, Melbourne.
The position is 3 days per week — ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Additional hours may be available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Dispensing: Assisting with dispensing and assembling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Webster packing / Dose Administration Aids: Preparing and packing DAAs accurately and efficiently.
- Customer service: Receiving prescriptions, assisting with enquiries and working closely with the wider pharmacy team.
- Dispensary organisation: Managing stock, unpacking orders, checking expiry dates and keeping the dispensary organised.
About you
This role would suit an experienced pharmacy technician or someone with relevant pharmacy experience looking to develop their dispensary skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.
- Is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy pharmacy.
- Communicates well and enjoys helping customers and supporting colleagues.
- Has experience with dispensing software and pharmacy systems, or is willing to learn.
Experience with Fred Dispense PLUS and Webster packing using Webstercare will be highly regarded, with training available for the right person.
